Grading Policy:
The TAKS ELA course is a noncredit remediation class that works to prepare students to retake the Exit Level TAKS ELA test. The class is Pass / Fail. Students will be working on essay composition exercises and utilizing the UT Telecampus TRACK program. Class participation and completion of assignments will result in a passing grade.
Grades for all Reading Improvement classes are set up so that Daily Work comprises 75% of the six week average and Tests/Quizzes comprise 25% of the six week average.
